Holly was incredibly lovely to deal with throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to meet with us outside of normal working hours. She was so informative, and if she didn't know something, she went and found out for us. She was even so kind as to offer quotes on various work to be done to the house and inform us of ways she can help us with our renovation plans through connections and partners she and Tuggerah Realty have with local companies. It's clear that Holly's approach to reality is not about her gain but the benefit of the vendor's and buyers, showing herself to be genuinely caring and excited for us. She's very honest and trustworthy, and that gave us great confidence that we weren't getting ripped off or screwed over throughout the offering process.
