I would like to thank Holly & Glenn for the management of the sale of our mobile home in Wyong Holly and Glenn were prompt with messaging through results of any inspections that were attended, communicating well regarding any feedback or offers that came through. I felt the buyer was given more priority when negotiating a date of sale as opposed to us the seller. We were not assured of receiving the payment the day the new owner collected the keys and were told that it can take 24 to 48 hours, which I find 'behind the times' in today's electronic banking transfer world. I didn't feel reassured of receiving the funds and wasn't made to feel of importance in the sale process. I am just being honest with my rating and hope these comments are taken on board to improve the process for the next clientele. Kind Regards Diane & Matt
