I was very impressed with Holly when selling my rental property. From signing to selling, she displayed a high level of enthusiasm and determination to achieve client satisfaction. Holly’s communication skills were exceptional and she was quick to communicate with all parties throughout the campaign. Holly was not only professional and efficient but most importantly always pleasant, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with. She negotiated tirelessly to achieve a great outcome and I have no hesitation in recommending Holly and Tuggerah Realty. Thank you!

Tuggerah Realty managed my rental property for 18 years and Glenn recently sold the property. They were always friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of property management. As a family-run business they value trust, care and integrity which is why I chose to sell through them as well. Glenn went above and beyond to help me get the property ready for sale. His advice and guidance was on point. He was approachable, professional and communicated with me every step of the way. I can’t recommend Glenn and Tuggerah Realty highly enough for their management and sales expertise, together with their exceptional local market knowledge. Thank you Glenn, Kylie and the Tuggerah Realty team for the many years of managing my property professionally and making the sales process seamless and achieving a great result.
