If you go with Turners insist that your property be listed and advertised within an agreed price range! We signed an agreement stating offers between $2.5m and $3.m - yet when prospective buyers called Turners to inquire about the price guide they were told between $2.3m and $2.6m. Deceptive

Honestly, it’s best to speak from experience. I first met Kim in 2024 when he sold my apartment in the city of perth for $620k about $20k more than I expected. Because of that result, I decided to work with him again. This time, I was aiming for $1 million, with a dream price of $1.2 million. Given the market conditions, we achieved $950k, which I was still very happy with. His marketing costs are around 50% higher than other agencies I’ve used, but the results and final sale price more than make up for the difference. Overall, the outcome outweighs the extra cost.

Poor communication. Had to call them for feedback and to even ask for open homes. Office staff made numerous multiple mistakes - had to go back to them many times to get these corrected….at settlement there were still mistakes on their end which i had already addressed and then had to sort out myself. Was told by a staff member multiple times that I OWE HER for working after hours……despite their massive commission 😂. At the end of the day just disappointed overall
