Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us. Kim and his fantastic team are such a pleasure to deal with they made themself available any time of the day to take my calls and answer my questions , while selling your home can be a stressful time Kim worked through my concerns in a very caring and professional way. Also a special shout out to Dean , Sam and Taylah at Turner Real Estate. So my recommendation to anyone thinking of selling your home don't go past TURNER REAL ESTATE

Did not feel like they have been real estate agents for 20+ years. Felt very uncertain & unprofessional at times. No effort was made by Kim to sell our home & very little by Dean. Several contract, advertising & pricing mistakes were made. No apology or acknowledgment of how stressful this is on their sellers/buyers. Only told by admin how “smooth” our process was. Smoothly was the opposite.. Very disappointed by our experience, and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

They work a little differently to most. The seller is treated as part of the team selling your property. Always friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I say "team" because there are a group of people all actively contributing to the selling your property. Lovely people to work with. Highly recommended.

Don’t believe the no price ‘contact agent’ sales pitch telling you that will get you the best price. If you go with Turners insist that your property be listed and advertised within an agreed price range! We signed an agreement stating offers between $2.5m and $3.m - yet when prospective buyers called Turners to inquire about the price guide they were told between $2.3m and $2.6m. Deceptive
