I assume Kim attended to the potential buyers promptly and with as much enthusiasm as he did with us. I suspect that ensures more buyers in the net and a quicker process. I found that other real estate agents were not able to focus on looking after my needs and were not as quick in responding. We got a buyer quickly and the process went through smooth even while Kim was overseas for part of it.

Before i chose Kim Turner Real Estate i had a few agencies round to get ideas of their plans to sell my property. To me, it seemed like they weren't fully engaged and focused on what you are paying them to accomplish and giving mine a comparison to other properties in the area and not truly valuing it for what it is worth .
