Xavier went above and beyond to sell a property for me in a tough market. He did everything humanly possible to get the best outcome, especially as there was limited interest in the property initially. The photos he took, the marketing undertaken, the follow-up, the constant communication and his skills to close the deal were truly impressive. I particularly liked his honesty when assessing the realistic price that we could achieve. He didn't sugar-coat anything and I appreciated that. He is highly recommended and if I ever have another property in Adelaide to sell, Xavier will again be my agent. He won't let you down.
