I had a number of agents who came and gave me an appraisal on my property but only one stood out. Xavier from Turners. Xavier had so much information with him I didnt have to ask him a question about anything. He had so many properties that had been sold in my area within the last 12 months with similar homes as mine. He didnt try to give me the best selling price because it would have been unrealistic and explained that you need the buyers attention and then you can drive the price up.. Made sense to me. Doing it this way we not only got the price we wanted but we exceeded it. He was in contact with myself all the way...
