I purchased a house where Giles was the agent.
Giles was amazing. I live interstate and Giles guided me through everything with the utmost proffessionalism. I was able to get the very fast settlement that i wanted due to his assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for him. It made me feel as though i had my own personal assistant. I will be going straight to Giles if i need a real estate agent in Cairns. I should mention that he pushed to get me to the last dollar that i would pay for the house. Great agent. He worked very hard for the seller and then went above and beyon for me once the contract was signed.

Good communication.
Our purchase had a slight hiccup with finals on the extensions not being ready prior to the building and pest. Matthew did a great job with communication and acting as a midway point between us and the sellers.
