Shira was able to answer our questions regarding the purchase of a home in Palm Cove. She was also very accommodating when we wanted a second and third look at the property before purchase and then again when it was time for an inspection just prior to settlement. Shira also came to my place so that the contract of sale could be signed which saved us going into the office. I would use Shira again if/when we decide to sell a property.
