Alexie was great to work with. As an interstate vendor, we appreciated Alexie's ability to communicate and keep up us informed throughout the sale of our property. Alexie was able show strong market knowledge in pricing our property which also showed in negotiating a great result. Would recommend Alexie if you're considering a sale.

Working and living remotely I hadn't even had the chance of meeting Giles before the house was sold. Giles and his team managed the whole process professionally, kept in contact with us throughout, went above and beyond what I thought an agent would do, with a great result. I thoroughly recommend Twomey Schriber and in particular Giles Lort-Phillips when your looking for an agent.

Brenton was very enthusiastic in selling our home, and was always happy to attend all our open homes. He always kept us up to date with the results of the open homes and with market movements. His dedication to selling our home was second to none, and we are happy with the result. This was the second home he has sold for us in the last 12 months, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking at selling their property. Thanks Brenton.

Giles and his team offered a marketing plan that gave maximum impact from day one with professional photography and a quality video highlighting all features of the property. The home opens were well attended and feedback from attendees was captured and communicated back to us promptly and accurately. Negotiations to sale and settlement were swift and seemless. I would recommend using Giles and the Twomey Schriber team without hesitation.

I felt that Giles really worked hard to get my Mother’s house sold. She had moved into an aged care facility and the whole process of having to sell the house, move Mum in, sort out all her affairs and effects was extremely emotional and stressful. Giles was very understanding and in the background was always supportive and doing everything he could to sell the house. We appreciated all his efforts and were very relieved when it sold and everything went so smoothly.

Purchasing a property on my own for the very first time was very daunting, I had been looking for a while, and wanted to be sure what I chose was the right one for me to live in. I found Alexie to be very obliging and courtious, without feeling pressured. Alexie followed through with information that I required promptly and professionally that made my decision in buying my unit. And even after settlement Alexie followed through with my enquiries. I recommend Alexie to anyone who wishes to purchase or sell a property.

Great agent. Had known of Alexie for a while before deciding to sell my set of units. Alexie always gave me the time of day, if he missed my call, he'd always call back in a matter of minutes and truly had my interests at heart. Ultimately he got the result that I needed. Absolute pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
