We can't speak highly enough of our experience Karl Latham. I have dealt with Karl numerous times over the last 9 years, selling our house and dealing with the sale of family estate properties. He has always been exceedingly professional, helpful and thorough. Most of all he has gone beyond the call of duty to assist us at every turn, this time with purchasing a property. Over the years when friends and family have required the services of a real estate agent I have always recommended Karl.

I'm very happy with Karl's service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to fit in with some existing travel arrangements I had in place which allowed the purchase of the property to progress in a timely manner. He was happy to accommodate several requests I had, both before and after the contract was unconditional and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to a friend or family member.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Karl and his team. He worked tirelessly to get us 8 offers in only 6 days on the market with a fantastic final sale price and great communication throughout the process - even working until 10:30pm to present us with contracts! We highly recommend Karl and have already done so to many of our friends and colleagues!

Zoe was very welcoming & enthusiastic, easy to deal with and willing to assist but not forceful in her approach. Zoe was always prompt to reply to any queries. We really appreciated her professional yet relaxed manner. Chris & LaDelle Tabe

Kev was wonderful to deal with, everything was done quickly and efficiently. He consistently kept in contact with us to inform us of everything that was happening during the whole buying process, which can be quite daunting when being such a new experience. It was nice to work with an agent that was as much in the buyer’s corner as he was the vendor’s. Everything went smoothly and he made all of the necessary steps (and then some) to afford us all of the information that was needed during the buying process. He ensured that the property would be ready for a quick settlement and helped us out to obtain quotes etc and access to the property when we needed it. Thank You Kev for all of your hard work and out of hours communication to make buying our first family home that much easier. We appreciate all of your efforts and all the best for the future.
