When we decided to sell our house we call Mark straight away without any hesitation knowing his reputation and his enthusiasm. Every meetings were super efficient and very informative. I have heard that selling one's house is one of the most stressful experiences there is. In a way I can agree, however, my house was one of those 'different' ones, it didn't fit any local criteria there was nothing to compare it with. I thought I had a good product but you never know and the timing and price have to be right. Considering all the above I must have been lucky. The first looker bought, she fitted my profile, loved my house apparently. The bit where Giles comes in is he immediately recognized this and made sure I realized how fortunate I was to have this buyer straight up.
