Alexie helped us sell our 2 bedroom unit in Cairns. We sold it after the first open. From the outset Alexie was very professional and efficient. His communication was excellent and timely and we felt we could rely on him throughout the entire listing and selling process. Alexie always followed through quickly, both on his communication and on doing what needed to be done. We achieved the outcome we wanted with no hassle or drama. Great work Alexie!

I felt in safe hands with Giles. He knew what he was talking about and gave me great advice regarding how to present my house to the best effect. He was contactable at all times. Due to his good advice, my house sold very quickly and he guided me through everything that had to be done.

We Purchased our apartment through Alexie, WOW what a breath of fresh air Alexie was. So use to dealing with a lot of rude, unprofessional agents. Sent Alexie an email regarding an inspection for the apartment we now own, within 5 minutes and at 7.30pm Alexie replayed we had an inspection the next day. A week later the seller had a contract. With all communication Alexie was always fast to reply. Always professional , very friendly and never pushy. This was a stress free and pleasurable experience. Nothing was a problem. Sellers and Buyers I highly recommended Alexie Aristides and will use Alexie in the future.

Shira has been our agent for both selling and buying properties. She is extremely hard working, professional and efficient. Shira has a lovely manner and is an excellent communicator, far superior to any other agent we have dealt with. Her knowledge and ideas for marketing our property were fantastic and lead to a great outcome each time.

I am sincerely grateful to Kev Twomey and his incredible Team for their assistance in selling my house. From the moment Kev first came to inspect the property he was motivated and committed to selling it. His results exceeded all expectations- the final sale price combined with what I consider to be a record time was incredible considering all indications point to a buyers market. I could not be more impressed with Kev's professionalism and commitment to assisting me with the selling of my house. Kev has my highest endorsement and I would definitely recommend him to anybody buying or selling property. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kev and everybody involved in the selling of my property.
