Excellent experience
When we first contacted April regarding the house she was presenting, the first thing we noted was that nothing was too much trouble for April, she was always available for any questions/requests or needs from us to view the property, get information of the property and assistance with anything our solicitors needed to finalise the sale of the property. She was always keeping us informed of anything we needed to know or we need to get done and she helped keep us calm in what can be a stressful time when purchasing a property. As buyers we found April to be knowledgeable of the area and acted in a professional manner.
We had a set settlement date and April was able to negotiate with the seller to accommodate our wishes. We found her knowledge of the Coomera Waters area very good and communications with her were excellent. April is an experienced and professional agent and is highly recommended.
