We are really happy with our sale price and know Marty and his colleague Matthew put in a lot of work. Aside from that, Marty is great to deal with, I feel very comfortable with him and trust his advice and instinct. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and can't recommend him highly enough. With Real Estate agents at times getting a bad wrap, I can 100% say that Marty is a great guy that knows his industry and his job and made this process much less stressful than anticipated.
