Our experience with Jeff from both a buyers and sellers perspective was nothing short of ideal. Buying or selling your home for most of us is a very personal and emotional process, and also a hugely important financial event to go through; you want to feel good and be happy about the way things pan out, and you also want to get an optimal outcome. We got this with Jeff, both when purchasing our new home – a 5 bedroom house on a great block of land in Beacon Hill, and then when we opted to sell our lovely little garden apartment in North Manly with Jeff to fund the purchase of our new home. We chose to sell with Jeff even when a different agent had just sold both our neighbours apartments, because we were so happy with the way Jeff worked with both us, and the people we bought our house from. As far as the sale of our apartment: we had so much interest at every open house, got absolute top dollar, and Jeff completely respected our preferences, mindset and considerations throughout the entire process. I can't thank Jeff enough for being so supportive and helpful in more ways than one. There were times where I was struggling with all the things i had to do but Jeff checked in on me everyday and was there to help me through it all. On one occasion he even ducked down to the shops to get me some food as I was too busy to go out myself. He is a polite and very caring person and was a great help. We were referred to Peter by a mutual acquaintance. In the process of selecting Peter, we interviewed a number of agents to sell our property. Where Peter and has team delivered was the formulation of a plan to maximise our sale price as opposed to a "it will sell in this market in a short time" attitude which we were exposed to by the competing agents.
