We first came in contact with Peter and his team at Raine & Horne Dee Why in Feb 16 whereby we were putting together a group of 4 houses up as an EOI. We quickly found that Peter had excellent contacts with the right developers and a very good knowledge base of the market to guide us through the decision making process. Our final decision was to sell the property by Auction which proved to be the correct decision. All the way along the sale process, Peter and his team kept us informed of the relevant issues and provided us with detailed relevant inspection reports to assist us in our decision making process. We new our costs and were advised of or options at every point. The Auction conducted in August 2016 was very successful with plenty of bidders. Peter's communication skills were excellent and he was very professional at all stages of the process. I would recommend Peter and his team as they will add value to your sale with their in depth knowledge of the local market and their ability to source buyers.

Pete's worked hard to get to where he is today and he's become very successful ... and deservedly so. I guess it's a mix of hard work and the fact he's just plain, bloody good at what he does - he genuinely loves his job and it's infectious. He's rallied an incredible support team around him too - Sam's an absolute pleasure and I would trust him again with the my house, toddler and dog again in a heartbeat (yep - full service here - didn't even have to ask!). The marketing team were faultless and and their expertise was clearly evident. But at the end of the day it's all about Pete. I trusted him and he trusted me. It was winning combination and I couldn't be happier with the result.

As a buyer I do know the agent always has to act in the best interests of the vendor (I fully understand that) however in all my dealings with Peter I found him to always be the consummate professional, prompt with all of the pre-sale enquiries I had, engaging in the property openings and totally thorough in his knowledge of the property and it’s changing environs. Dealing with Peter was actually a breath of “fresh air” compared to many of the real estate agents I have come across in the past 3 or so months.
