We seriously lucked out with Kamal. Honestly, my hubby and I have mentioned this to all our friends and family. We were very, very fortunate to have met her. She kept us in the loop every single step, checked in with us every day, helped us with everything and just went that extra mile! She's both professional and so sweet, with the brightest smile to put anyone at ease. She's been approachable and assisted us with every query (even silly ones) we had and she always had time for us. She could always problem solve for us too. Of course, best of all, she did also help sell our property beyond asking price, which we've been so grateful for! Some backstory to add, is how we called and emailed many companies and agents when we began our search for an agent. However, most actually only replied weeks later or never at all. So many agents come across as sharks or apathetic. Kamal isn't one of those. She's genuine and looks after her clients. She'll give the facts and gets the job done. She smiles, she cares and she helps. She goes above and beyond. She's a star. ☆ We recommend her to anyone and will definitely be asking for her services when we next enter the property market again. :)

Never saw such type of service in my entire life. One the worst service and experience of my life . She was rude, unprofessional , even never shown up instead was sending someone else as she doesn’t want to face even worst handover( previous owners had 2 sets of keys and even both garage remotes with them with their stuff full of garage, messy house not even checked anything and left 3rd set of keys as handover in the locker . Never recommending her to anyone else
