Jade has been so supportive through the selling of our property. She always communicates clearly and responds promptly. I had an overall excellent experience with Jade. She's really an expert on the Southern Suburb area. What I thought we would achieve was less than what she thought. I presumed she was being overly optimistic to land the job. I was totally wrong. The sale price achieved was way in excess of what I expected. That was with very minimal stress at my side and she was always available to "talk me off the ledge" with my tendency to presume it would end in frustration. She's very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable but I think the best referral I can give her is that she's just very calm and confident. Her confidence comes from having the experience level and is exactly what I needed. She's worth engaging 100%.

Jade had made the whole process easy from appraisal to settlement. Good Result - The property was under offer within a week. Good Communication - I was notified of any activities / important dates that happened through out Good Service - even though I haven't met Jade in person but she helps with every step in the process to make the transaction as worry-free as possible.
