From the second we engaged with Kamal, we knew she was the agent for us! Fast, effective and constantly keeping us up to date with everything on the sale of our property as well as offering her assistance when it came to purchasing our new home. With her professional mannerisms and approachable attitude, Kamal has been a blessing to have by our side throughout our whole process. We could not have asked for a faster and smoother transition from advertising our home to having it sold within a couple of weeks!

Jade provided a professional and personal service in the sale of our rental. Jade has maintained an enduring relationship with us regarding the property over a number of years offering market insights and advising when was a good time to sell, and importantly when it was not advisable to sell. We have continued to rely on Jade's expertise and advice over the years and would have no hesitation in working together again or recommending Jade to other sellers in the area

Jade has proven her worth to us, particularly in the period after we signed a sale contract but before settlement. There have been numerous details to work out as sellers in terms of inspections and arrangements to transfer tenants to new management. Many agents might have decided these things weren't there problem after the sale went unconditional but Jade has been more than helpful right through the process. We are very happy to recommend her.

Right from the start Jade was on point with her knowledge, expectations, openness and honesty, with fee breakdown, costs etc We were put at ease, kept informed, most importantly, she delivered what she anticipated, no ludicrous statements she couldn't deliver, but above all treated us as real people not just a number, I am very satisfied with her outcome, and would recommend Jade at anytime...Paul Terry
