I can't thank Jade enough for walking me through the process of purchasing my new home. Very professional and always quick to respond to any queries I had. So friendly, and a welcoming face to my new community. Thanks so much Jade & the rest if the team.

We chose to go with Jade as she had a new concept that she was telling us about which is called open negotiation, never heard about it until Jade explained it to us, We were very happy with the bidding price we received on the sale of our property, Jade you will be hearing from us again when we decided to sell our two investment properties and also going with the open negotiation. Thanks Jade Leanne and Mark

Jade had made the whole process easy from appraisal to settlement. Good Result - The property was under offer within a week. Good Communication - I was notified of any activities / important dates that happened through out Good Service - even though I haven't met Jade in person but she helps with every step in the process to make the transaction as worry-free as possible. I would recommend Jade to anyone who wants to sell their properties.

As soon as I met Jade I felt very relaxed about the sale of my property. While Jade was very confident about her knowledge of property values in the area, she always listened to my concerns and opinions. Jade’s judgement in choosing repairs needing to be done was spot on and she was extremely helpful in engaging trades people to do the necessary work to get my property ready for sale. Her responses to messages were prompt and to the point. I am happy to recommend Jade to any prospective property sellers.

Jade and the team at Urban Habitat Real Estate did a fantastic job in helping us sell our home. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Jade has an extensive knowledge of Wellard and the surrounding area. She was able to assist us in advertising at the right price and did well at negotiation with prospective buyers. Throughout the entire process she had our interests at heart and looked after us. Thank you once again!

Jade is amazing. There was never a point where my wife and I felt like we weren’t in good hands. Jade has an exceptional knowledge of Leda and the surrounding areas. She walked us through everything from rates, pricing, buyer interest and the best settlement agents. If you are looking for the best person to sell your home, you shouldn’t bother with anyone else. Jade is the best!!

Jade was confident she could get a premium price for our house, and even though it was on the market over the slower Christmas period, she was able to find the right buyer who saw the property's value. We were kept up to date on how viewings were going via txt and email updates, and the few hiccups we encountered during the process Jade guided us through brilliantly. She recommended excellent contractors; we were very pleased with the work of the gardener, electrician and the pool cleaner. Thank you so much Jade, we are so glad we chose you to sell our house.
