Jade was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process, guiding us from start to finish as we sold our house in Wellard Village. We got the price we wanted and settlement went through smoothly. Jade was always on hand to answer questions and guide us as things popped up. Would happily recommend her to anyone selling in the Kwinana area! Thanks Jade.

Jade was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was very efficient in opening the home and communicating with prospective buyers which saw the home under offer within a week. Jade managed all contractor work required and kept me informed throughout. I found Jade to be professional, personable, efficient and of course successful. I would definitely recommend Jade and Urban Habit in future.

We are relocating to Perth and we have never been there, we were so lucky to find Jade in our journey, because she is being amazingly helpful. Jade knows everything about the market, she took the time to give us a virtual tour around the house, which sometimes can be difficult but she managed to make the experience easy and we felt like we were over there. We were nervous about the area, Jade kindly give us a very descriptive background of the neighbourhood making us feel confident we were doing the right decision. Our experience with Jade as real state agent is being amazing, we can’t thank her enough for helping us to our forever home.

As first home buyers in a fast moving market we were really anxious about the whole experience of buying our first home. We had been to a few different open homes with various realestate agents and it was all the same until we went and looked at a home for sale by Jade. She actually had a conversation like we were people and not numbers, offered to show the home again as one of us wasn’t there and even talked about other homes that would and wouldn’t be suitable (due to lending requirements) that she had on offer. Once our offer was accepted, Jade continued to keep in touch and kept us updated throughout the whole process. As a buyer, she made us feel at ease with the whole process and was nothing short of amazing to deal with.
