The standout is Jade's straight up honesty. Being new to buying a home, Jade gave us a bunch of advice about what to ask agents, and what to look out for when viewing. She wasn't concerned with having us buy from her, she just wanted us to have a good experience buying a home. It just turned out that we liked mostly Jade's listings in the end. Jade has been flexible with us, and has answered hundreds of questions, always calling back if she can't answer. This has been great for our anxiety, which she was good at soothing by being direct, efficient, and really honest.
