Jade was exceptional in all her efforts for our family. I couldn’t say enough how she went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Her customer service through contact and efforts was the best I experienced. Thank you Jade. We really appreciate everything you did and your name would be first to come to mind if I knew anyone looking for and agent. Highly recommended.

Working with Jade was a pleasure , everything was taken care of very efficiently. I work away so having someone like Jade running the sale with home opens etc. all scheduled made my life very easy. I'd definitely recommend using Jade if you are looking for a painless sales process.

Jade was incredibly professional and kept us informed throughout the whole selling process. Jade was honest and upfront and ensured we had realistic expectations of possible outcomes. She has a very solid knowledge of the market and the area and she was a pleasure to work with. Despite the market being unfavourable with many road bumps in preparing our home for sale, Jade advocated for us and kept us positive until the sale went through. Could not reccommend Jade highly enough!

We sold our Parmelia investment property in January of this year with Jade at Urban Habitat. We initially approached her based on the feedback of others on agent review websites, but we opted to list with her based on her enthusiasm, open communication, and local market knowledge in our initial (pre-selection) discussions. We were not disappointed with our selection. When we first reached out, Jade was approachable and promptly came out to the property to give us a market appraisal which was almost exactly in line with our expectations based on our own in-depth research - this close alignment of the assessed property price built our confidence in her local market knowledge and made it apparent that she wasn't A) trying to just get a quick sale/commission at the client's expense, or B) trying to promise something that wasn't realistic just to get us to list with her only to have back-pedal and reduce list price later. Jade gave us her professional opinion on optimum sales tactics (where to spend money and where to save, guidance on listing tactics, quick changes to optimise sales price, etc.), but also gave us the flexibility to adapt those recommendations to meet our needs. She was warm but professional in all our encounters and was always very quick to provide us with updates such as inspection attendances and offers. I was never present for any negotiations so can't speak directly to those skills but I do know that we were satisfied that the sales price achieved was fair given the market at the time. We would definitely consider using Jade again in future sales.

Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou! After viewing a number of properties with other agents working with Jade was like a breath of fresh air , she took the time to explain things clearly and answer all the questions we had, she made the entire process very easy. We are first home buyers and Jades delightful personality really helped as we had viewed alot of properties with a variety of agents, who seemed both aggressive and disinterested in showing us properties. Jade she was very willing to show us a few locations and extremely accommodating as our working hours limited things a little. We are now happily living in our new home & can't thank Jade enough for making our first property buying experience a great one!

Jade stood head and shoulders above other agents we interviewed to market our deceased parents home in Orelia. She gave us clear, good advice and saved us money on repairs and renovations we had planned to do that would not increase the value of the property. Home opens were planned in advance and prospective buyer feedback passed on straight away as well as in a weekly summary. It has been a pleasure working with Jade and the team at Urban Habitat.
