I moved here on 1 July and I love living here and knew this place was for me. More importantly Jade was so helpful and professional and always got me the information I needed and got it quickly so I could make informed rational decision. Jade didnt give up until she found me exactly what I wanted. Jade knows the market well and has a genuine nature and enjoys getting people what they want. I went to several other realestate agents in this apartment block and surrounding apartments and I honestly don’t know how other agents make a living. I could see why Jade was able to sell apartments so easily because of the effort she puts in compared to others without doing it in a pushy way. When I first moved in I had one or two issues which were rectified straight away at no cost to myself. If I ever decide to sell or buy I know who I’ll be going to. Thanks Jade

We had been listed with another agent for months before deciding to look elsewhere for an agent. Upon first meeting Jade, she was very friendly, personable and displayed an air of confidence. She gave us a realistic valuation of our property along with sales history of comparable properties and a forecast of the predicted market future. From the first open we were provided with feedback, tips and constant communication. With our previous agent we had numerous opens without anyone showing up, not once did we have this problem with Jade. This is a credit to her work ethic, she was constantly putting in work to get potential buyers through the door and giving our property the audience it deserved. After less than three months she secured an offer of only four thousand short of our asking price. After some excellent negotiating from Jade, she managed to increase the offer to our asking price and sealed the deal at 8.30 pm the same evening, showing her commitment to her seller and job. Jade is extremely professional, hard working and was the perfect agent we needed to sell our property in a tough market. We could couldn't rate our selling expierence with her highly enough.
