Sopie is a great rental manager and has proven her worth to me as a tenant since I started my tenancy two years ago. She has always been very responsive when any issues or repairs are required. She has gone above and beyond recently when I had asked about adopting a pet and researched original advertisement of property to show pet friendly, upon application. She followed up with the owners on the type of pet they would accept at the property. After the owners said no to pets at the first request.
