When applying for our new rental property, the team made it very seamless. Communication was great and we knew what was happening every step of the process. The application process was also very quick which is comforting in this current rental market. We never felt judged at anytime. Everything was done online so no need to waste paper by printing out forms and having to make time to drop them into the office. Once approved it was as simple as picking up the keys from the office. The team had everything ready for us with a little pack and information on a USB. Again saving on that paper!! Communication has been pretty good since moving in and issues have been addressed. Sometimes emails have been missed or slow to respond to but this has been acknowledged which is important.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Julie ( Financial Officer) & Sophie who manages the rental of our property, 188 Elara Blvd. Marsden Park. Both are very professional in keeping us informed & updated re our rental property. As Sophie is directly in charge of our property we interact more with her. Sophie is very intelligent, responsible & responsive to our tenants’ & our requests in the event of something malfunctioning in our property. Her people & problem solving skills are consultative & excellent. We appreciate that she responds & updates us speedily whenever there’s a house malfunction or rental issues.
