Purchased theinvestment property from them and entrusted the job of managing the property also to them from the day one. Many tenants have come and gone without any trouble. They always consult with you before letting out to any new tenant after proper assessment of the prospective tenants. Payment of the rents to your bank are always on time by the team. Last couple of years or so, Sophie Longbottom and Julie(before Sophie) looks after my property and always update and communicate with me and return my call without fail in case I could not reach them. Sophie has managed the property we rent for as long as I can remember - we have been there for almost 10 years, in that time whenever there has been an issue with a repair - the issue is sorted in most of the times within 4 hours never longer than 24 hours. Sophie and the team are always easy to contact and respond to emails or queries in a friendly and timely fashion. They are extermly approachable we have never had an issue going to them to ask for a repair or help with any issue. Sophie is always on time for inspections and is friendly with our family. We are very happy and appricative for her and the team.
