Since being allocated as our agent in prior and very recent times with Sophie Longbottom, we've had excellent support, guidance & Sophie being there throughout the exit of the existing tenant in preparation for a new tenant in a short space of time including the selection and acquiring a new tenant. There were unfortunately various issues with the house from the exiting tenant however these issues we believe are in competent hands for follow up hopefully with a positive outcome. We look forward to working with Sophie managing our house.
