Had some problems as the tenant crashed the car into the property, they followed the matter and everything was fixed without my intervention and at no cost

Helpful, friendly staff, great experience!

Supported us through a difficult tenant
Sophie is our agent at the Australian Real Estate and we are glad she's managing our property. We had some challenging situations with our tenant and Sophie took care of it on our behalf. Effective and Efficient Agency!
We are very grateful to the team at Australian Real Estate. Our previous property was a lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath house that we were leasing. Australian Real Estate had helped us find this property. However, due to Covid the owners wanted to move back in to their lovely home. This meant we had to find another place to live. We tried to find something on our own but were unsuccessful. With only a couple weeks before we had to move out, Sophie from Australian Real Estate was able to secure a property for us. It was about 6 minutes from where we were previously and in a brand new development. It was slightly smaller than our previous place but we will manage. We are very thankful to the staff at Australian Real Estate.
