Australian Real Estate have exceeded my expectation on Rental Property Management. The first point of call was Julie Duval Senior Property Manager who took all the worry away and has looked after my Townhouse as if it was her own. The past 18months I have received 3 monthly updates about my tenants, any problems I receive an email and before I reply the situation has already been solved. Why would you change Property managers when you have Julie who has your best interest at heart ! Thank you Julie for always going above and beyond your duties. 😄

I have been dealing with Linda, and more recently both Linda and Danielle managing my Schofields investment property. I have been more than satisfied with their great service. Linda especially went above and beyond expectation in the way she managed the property when there was a slump in the market; keeping on top of things and doing whatever was necessary to attract interest to it, providing me with constant updates throughout, as she still does.
