In short, she is the best agent I have ever worked with. Despite my new property having numerous issues, I was anticipating spending a considerable amount of time dealing with conflicts and follow-ups. I met Australian Realestate agent Sophie nearly two years ago. She is an amazing agent. Very honest and trustworthy person. At the start she was looking after one of my properties . Now she’s looking after the bulk of properties that I own . She deals with the tenants very nicely and respectfully. Also, she looks after me as a landlord really well too. Sometimes she will do more than her roll as an agent. She deals with the builder, tradies and even buys things from Bunnings for repairs. On behalf of the landlord she loves to communicate with builders, tradies and others which makes my life so much easier. Her writing/emails are very constructive, as she is very proficient at her job. I’m personally very grateful to her. She really had made my life easier. We dealt with Brittany & Julie, and they have redefined what a property agent is. They have set the bar so high, that we don't think will be easy for other agents to come close to.
