Sophie is the most down-to-earth, proactive and transparent real-estate agent my partner and I have ever met. From the minute we met her at the inspection she was incredibly friendly and transparent. At the inspection she listed pros AND the cons about the property and the local area. Honestly her whole demeanour was a breath of fresh air - so much so we put having her as a property manager down as a big positive. We weren't wrong, we were fortunate enough to rent the property with Sophie as our property manager and she's been a dream to work with. She's extremely proactive and communicative for any issues that arise, is great with managing a property with pets and is sympathetic to the fact that although we're renting it is our home too. Even the basics are so well done from her - rental inspections with other Real Estates used to be stressful occurrence and even booked on short notice, with Sophie we get over a months notice and she is very flexible on times and dates too. I could rant for days on how great Sophie is. I don't know if there's a "Best Agent in Australia" award but she deserves it. In the meantime she deserves 6/5 stars if that were possible.
