We needed to sell quickly and we wanted the best price. With so many agents to choose from, I did a lot of research on social media. I also monitered agents and their outcomes in our estate. Social media narrowed it to 3 agents. From my own observations, those 3 agents took too long to sell and for too little $$$. Evelyn Duffy was way ahead. WOW what can I say about Evelyn, she is a dedicated Real Estate Agent and so knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I purchased my land from Evelyn and she was side by side with me until the land went through Council. The first person I called when I wanted to sell my Apartment was Evelyn. She has kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the Sale. Sending me text messages or phoning me to get my approval for things.
