We met Evelyn when buying our property. As a buyer we appreciated the friendliness and quick response times. She has competitive fees so we listed our property for sale with her. Thankfully we had a number of enquiries and have gone unconditional on our contract in about a month of listing. Had a number of offers and didn’t accept the highest as we agreed they were hard work / risky / painful. Even once a contract was signed others were shown through in case it fell through so we had a fallback offer ready to go. We’re glad we sold with her and highly recommend to others.
