Thank you John for your guidance, knowledge and professional manner throughout the whole process of selling the property. You were honest with your appraisal and supportive as I navigated my way through unfamiliar territory. Thank you for the clear and regular updates along the way. Communication was open and friendly while remaining professional. I would happily connect with your office again for further real estate needs. Many thanks .

John was very helpful and friendly in the sale of my property. He was always available to respond to questions and fitted in with my schedule. His knowledge of the property market was very useful in making decisions and he never pushed me into doing anything I was unsure of. I would recommend John as an agent.

Karen listed our acreage property during a tricky time for real estate and we have been nothing short of amazed at her dedication to getting a positive result! She is a highly effective communicator, providing timely updates on how everything was tracking and being very honest and upfront . We never felt that she was giving anything less than 100% and we sincerely appreciate the amount of effort she put in to selling our property. I am quite confident that we would not have achieved the result we did with a different agent. Thank you, Karen!

I had an excellent experience with John/ Karen as my agent. I found that they were very realistic with their pricing and expectations of what the current housing market is doing especially being such a hard time to sell.. Great communication all round. I would highly recommend using John/ Karen to anyone, Job well done
