Our experience with US Realestate was excellent and would highly recommend John due to his extensive knowledge of the housing market and his willing to assist us with even the smallest questions we had relating to the sale of our residence.

I found Karen personable and a good listener. She displayed dogged determination to help find a buyer. She stayed on course with providing weekly open inspections to increase the possibility of finding a buyer. She succeeded in faster time than with another property in the same building to sell my property.

John handled the sale of our home quickly, efficiently and hassle free. He went above and beyond in keeping us informed and stepping us through every stage. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional agent and a true gentleman. He has our utmost gratitude and we’ll be recommending him to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Managed to sell my house before even going on market just from his knowledge of the area. Very upfront, honest and efficient. He was also happy to help with any questions, and is going to help us rent out another property.

I kept in contact with John as I bought my unit from him. I felt he looked after me back then and would always keep me in mind to find me a unit. When it came time to selling he knew exactly what I wanted. John got exactly what I wanted in this tough market we are in at the moment. I know he worked extremely hard and even looked after my tennant and helping her find a unit to live. Don't pass up the opportunity to work with him.
