Our very first meeting with John Lewis was just as though we'd known him for Years..! He came across as welcoming, friendly and yet very straight forward, and down to earth. It was so lovely for us, as we were 'finding it difficult' to put closure to our late son's affairs, and more importantly, because we did not really know where to start from...? John Lewis, took us in to his office and showed us immediately, options and prices within the vicinity of Frankston. He was so positive and knew where/who our lawyer was, and who she was associated with. The latter, being a big help for me,and for the time-frame that we had to settle the affairs of our late son, who lived in Australia, while we lived in New Zealand. John Lewis, went out of his way to call around and to visit the property, to make suggestions and to offer his expertise on other matters pertaining to finding a handyman to do repairs...? We signed the necessary paperwork and he followed up, as promised with emails and phone-calls. John was also very helpful in making sure that I was able to 'sign and verify myself online'. I cannot express, just how grateful and appreciative, my husband and I are, for his professionalism, skills and knowledge. We sincerely feel that we have a close friend and associate, that we look forward to one day being able to reciprocate his kindness and to share his passion for classic cars!
