We had been communicating with Karen over the 12 months prior to putting the property on the market. During this time Karen was able to give sound advice on a range of issues relating to selling. This included property presentation, marketing, movements in the market in our area and much more. At no time was Karen “pushy” in any way, but was friendly and encouraging. When we made the decision to sell and engaged Karen as our agent she leapt into action as we had a short timeframe to sell. The organisation was so quick and thorough with the house selling within a week for a price we were happy with, much to my relief.
