I have been using Us Real Estate for around 10 years for our rental, brilliant service so when it came time to sell our parents house, I had no hesitation to go to John. He has been, once again, fully knowledgeable on the area ( St Andrews Beach, VIC ), kept me up to date every step of the way and made the process simple. Only 3 weeks on the market and SOLD for the price John had originally suggested. Extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend John Lewis.

What a pleasure it was having John sell our house, his knowledge of the market and his professionalism was above all we have ever dealt with. We will be recommending John to others.

We engaged John Lewis & US Real Estate to sell our home in Frankston South. John stood out as having a vast knowledge of the area and guided us with what we needed to do with the presentation of our property to maximize our investment and gain the best price possible for our property. We discussed our price range and set this relevant to John's advice. The property hit the market with immediate interest from John's possible buyers. The property was sold in just 10 days at a price we could only dream of achieving. We believe the best thing about using a smaller boutique realtor is the greater personalized service they provide. I would definitely use the services of US Real Estate again if I was selling another property. Thanks John for all your hardwork and advice.

We interviewed several agents and selected John to sell our unit in Langwarrin. John knows the area and who the prospective buyers are. His valuation was spot on and we sold. Communication is key when you are the vendor and John kept us updated every step of the way.

I engaged with John for the sale of my house after meeting numerous agents. John was honest and practical enabling us to feel comfortable with the process. During the process, John kept us informed and discussed aspects logically. He was always available for questions, including dumb ones 😀 at any time. We sold the house in good time at a good price due to the advice and assistance provided by John and Karen. I highly recommend US real estate and John for an upcoming sale.

John is a legend who sold me my first home back when I was 23, he made the experience as less daunting and easy as it possibly could be! And because of that 7 years later when selling my first home I knew I couldn’t or didn’t want to use anyone else! Even being in a different state to John and my house he made the experience as easy and positive as he possibly could! Not to mention he got me a great price too! I couldn’t recommend John any higher!
