Young,keen and highly motivated Real Estate Agent!
Rick spent about 2 hours during his 1st visit with us and was very thorough with his presentation and appraisal of the present market.From that moment on I knew that he was the right agent to sell my property.He went through every step of the sale process in detail and always kept us in the loop at all times during the marketing phase of our property.As it is very slow real estate market in Perth,Rick had 3 home opens per week including twilight viewings to enhance the sale of the property.His hard work, perseverance and good knowledge of the market helped us to achieve the results that we wanted.We would definitely recommend Rick to prospective sellers to be their real estate agent. Excellent service and a great experience!
It was an awesome experience working with rick throughout the sale of our property. This is our first time selling property, it was a bit daunting as we did not know the whole process. However with Rick's assistance, we have received an adequate information from him and calmed us down eventually with his professional skills in real estate. Rick is very helpful at all times to get the property on the market.

Great experience working with Rick
Rick sold my apartment during a very tough time. He is helpful and transparent through the whole thing which makes making decisions easier for me. He has excellent market knowledge and was able to give me useful feedback after every home open. All in all very positive experience dealing with Rick.
