Very Professional
Adam and Tony were very professional and straightforward to deal with and were realistic in their and therefore our expectations. They took the time to explain the process beforehand so there were no surprises once we began. I'd definitely use them again.

Vernon Partners were a Great Agency to Work with!
Adam and his team at Vernon Partners were an agency we had met several times at open houses and it was the way they presented others homes that assured us they'd do a great job with the sale of ours. They were always available and approachable and kept in touch with us right throughout our campaign. Talk to Adam first
I knew we would ask Adam Vernon to sell our property even before we bought it. When we were looking to buy our property we met Adam as he was showing other properties in the area. He always treated us with respect, communicated well and was honest every step of the way. I remembered him over all the other agents we dealt with during that process. When it came time to sell we didn't even bother to talk to any other agents. From the minute Adam walked through the door he was professional, caring and knowledgeable. He had great ideas about maximising the value of the property and co-ordinated each activity effectively. The selling process went smoothly, he listened and then handled the negotiation like the seasoned professional. If you are selling in the Mosman area start with Adam and I'm sure you will agree.

Great job - sale in Sydney while living in London
Adam was recommended to my by my solicitor. Living in London I was concerned about how difficult the process could be. Adam and his team could not have made it easier. Everything he promised in the original phone call he delivered on time and with professionalism. We spoke regularly on the phone and he kept me up to date during the sale - this meant phone calls afterhours and I am sure took a bit more work on their part. The sale couldn't have gone smoother and I could recommend Adam highly enough.
