Adam personally facilitated our negotiations with the vendors, and made himself available at all hours of the day (and night) to answer the phone and discuss the property and purchase - he even met us at a restaurant at 10pm to sign the contract! Adam was very helpful in purchasing the property - meeting me at 5am to demonstrate a noise in the apartment (something that could easily be left aside) and following up after moving in to make sure everything was going ok. Adam also kept in touch with the solicitors regularly to make sure everything was proceeding ok.
