Adam was the selling agent for the property we purchased and although it had it's ups and downs, he kept us in the loop and although he was acting for the vendor he did have our interest in mind as well, and was a good guy to deal with and post-exchange did a great job checking in, providing support, and being open and transparent.

Contrary to any other dealings I have had with real estate agents in the past, Adam restored my faith in the industry by providing me with excellent, professional and honest service. Adam spent countless hours on the phone with me and the vendor up until midnight prior to exchange - beyond his call of duty. I expressed to Adam that in the event I ever wanted to sell property in the future that he would be my only choice of agent. What should have been a slow, exhausting, stressful and frustrating process was turned into a pleasant and smooth transaction thanks to Adam's exception level of professionalism and care. Thank you Adam. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future!

I can't begin to explain how fantastic Adam and his team were when I purchase my unit in Mosman. His honesty and constant communication throughout the process made it an extremely easy and stress free transaction. If I ever sell my unit I'll be sure to go with Adam and his team as the listing agents. Thanks again Adam!

Adam Vernon of Vernon Partners has provided us with advice and support for seven years. He is a great agent for the Mosman area. Adam goes above and beyond with excellent advice and support and is always friendly and approachable. Most recently we sold our home with his assistance, and also with the help of Shelley McShane of Vernon Partners. The sale was quick and successful and we were glad to be guided by their expertise. Shelley had a very good sense of things and was a pleasure to talk things through with. We recommend Vernon Partners very highly to you.

Prior to this purchase, we never had any success in buying a property before auction. However in this instance with Adam's clear communication and advice on what was needed to make it happen, we were successful. Thank you to Adam and his team.

We recently engaged Vernon Partners to work with us to sell our Mosman apartment. The reason we selected Adam and Mitch was because of the transparent and example filled discussion we had when considering our options in relation to estate agents. Adam was very transparent about the process they would follow to secure a positive result for us and how we would be engaged along the way. Throughout the process the communication was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending Adam and Mitch.

We were delighted with the result of our house sale. Many thanks to Adam for his advice on the house preparation and for his excellent work in introducing it to so many prospective buyers.

We were very pleased with Adam and the team at Vernon Partners, and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience working with them to buy our property. We are new to the Sydney property market and we first met Adam and Mitch while inspecting another property in the Lower North Shore and Mosman area specifically. We appreciated their local knowledge (Adam used to live in the building where we bought, and Mitch lives down the road), and found them to be friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to let us privately view the property one evening. Adam personally facilitated our negotiations with the vendors, and made himself available at all hours of the day (and night) to answer the phone and discuss the property and purchase - he even met us at a restaurant at 10pm to sign the contract! We're very pleased with our purchase and the process we went through to buy it, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vernon Partners or work with them should we look to sell in the years to come.

Adam was clear & upfront about expectations from the beginning. He was very positive & clear in his communication & always promptly responded, even if it meant late at night! I found Adam to be a sound negotiator & pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Adam for future Business.
