We were very pleased with Adam and the team at Vernon Partners, and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience working with them to buy our property. We are new to the Sydney property market and we first met Adam and Mitch while inspecting another property in the Lower North Shore and Mosman area specifically. We appreciated their local knowledge (Adam used to live in the building where we bought, and Mitch lives down the road), and found them to be friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to let us privately view the property one evening. Adam personally facilitated our negotiations with the vendors, and made himself available at all hours of the day (and night) to answer the phone and discuss the property and purchase - he even met us at a restaurant at 10pm to sign the contract! We're very pleased with our purchase and the process we went through to buy it, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vernon Partners or work with them should we look to sell in the years to come.
