Adam and Mitch are reliable and friendly professionals, not just in what they do but in the manner they do it. They have maintained their high standard from when we first had contact some years ago without pressuring us at all - a delight to deal with. Our interests were always foremost.

I have found Adam Vernon to be a very knowledgeable Estate Agent. In my dealings with Adam, I have found him and his team to be very professional and supportive. In particular, I noted that Adam would do everything accommodate potential buyers by arranging inspections late into the evenings and at odd times to work around their schedule. Adam achieved the result that I sought in the sale of my property, and I have no hesitation in recommending his Agency.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Adam & Mitch for the sale of our property in Mosman and couldn't be happier with the result. Adam was recommended to us through several avenues (one being one of the head honcho's at domain.com.au!) and lived up to our high expectations, going far beyond the call of duty throughout the process. Adam & Mitch navigated the delicate process of dealing with existing tenants like a true professional to ensure their ongoing cooperation. Their communication and advice was excellent and kept us informed and relaxed throughout the sale. Their local knowledge and professionalism was key to achieving a quick and impressive result. Adam is a passionate and hardworking agent that we simply cannot fault. Thank you Adam & Mitch! Now onto the next chapter of finding our forever family home! Regards, Simone & Peter

Adam and Shelley did a fantastic job of selling my home in Mosman. I was inundated with agents who wanted to sell the house but I had worked with Adam and Shelley on 2 previous occasions and they have never let me down and once again they did not disappoint! From start to finish they did everything that they said they would. The marketing campaign was excellent, the property photos and presentation were fabulous. We had more than 70 groups through the house, 10 contract requests and multiple offers from 4 buyers. We sold the house for a fantastic price and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely be selling with Adam Shelley again.

We purchased a property through Vernon and Partners and found Adam to be very professional and trustworthy. Adam and Mitchell both had a very good understanding of the property and the area. They provided all the information we needed to make a decision about the property. Adam kept us informed and it was a pleasure to deal with him. We found Adam and his team to be reliable and trustworthy and would recommend them to others.

Adam looked after the sale of house whilst I was living in another country. Because of this I was worried that distance would provide a barrier to me knowing what was going on and if any small repairs needed to be done to achieve the best price. Adam overcame this by being in constant contact via telephone and email. He arranged the repairs and styling of the house for the viewings. His advertising schedule was very sensible. It was all too easy and everything was wrapped up fast. Thanks Adam.

When it came to selling our property we immediately thought of Adam and Shelley. We had bought the property from them, we had a good experience at that time and so it seemed the natural choice. Adam and Shelley came to see us and gave us a sensible estimate of sales price which we were happy with. Our preference was to sell quietly at first, without a full campaign, and Adam and Shelley told us they had plenty of good buyers in their database. They organised the open home and got 15 buyers through from the data base. This lead to 3 different offers straight away. They continued to market the property with private inspections and, in fact, got an Even better offer! Needless to say ...we sold the property and we are thrilled !!
