Very satisfied sellers
Adam made the horribly stressful experience of selling a dream for us - negotiating a great sale within 9 days of being on the market resulting in both very happy sellers and buyers. Adam's knowledge of the market and his professionalism were exceptional. We felt in very safe hands with an agent who was never too busy to give us frequent and full feedback during our (very short) campaign. Very reliable and trustworthy
It was a pleasure to work with Adam. I have purchased 2 bedroom unit in Mosman recently as an investment property . Adam has been very professional and provided right information in a timely manner whenever I need. This has given me a confidence that I am talking to the right person. Adam and Shelley did a fantastic job of selling my home in Mosman. I was inundated with agents who wanted to sell the house but I had worked with Adam and Shelley on 2 previous occasions and they have never let me down and once again they did not disappoint! From start to finish they did everything that they said they would. The marketing campaign was excellent, the property photos and presentation were fabulous. We had more than 70 groups through the house, 10 contract requests and multiple offers from 4 buyers. We sold the house for a fantastic price and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely be selling with Adam Shelley again.
