Adam did a fantastic job on the sale of our house. We couldn't fault his professionalism nor personable approach to potential buyers and to us as the client. He kept us in the loop all along and was only to happy to answer questions when asked. I know you'll get straight answers from Adam and the team at Vernon Partners. He certainly knows the market in this part of the world and we were rewarded with a very good sale price. I'd certainly contact Adam (or his offsider Mitch) if ever I sold or had need to buy another house in Sydney. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We used Vernon Realty for the sale of a family house. Adam and his staff made us feel comfortable with the process. They engender confidence and were realistic in their dealings. I was impressed by their manner, honesty and communication with potential purchasers when the house was open for inspection. Some of the rooms were styled and this made a large difference to the look of the property. We were happy with the price the house achieved at auction and are happy to recommend Adam Vernon and his team.

Foremost in our minds from the initial consultation with Adam Vernon - Senior Partner and Mitchell McClintock when my wife Carolyn & I decided to place our property on the Real Estate Market, we were extremely impressed with their upfront principles and their honest approach to the best way to sell our townhouse. Resulting from the initial 'Open House' and subsequent days , Adam would relay to Carolyn & I at the conclusion of each event an assessment of the proceedings ; At all times we were very comfortable in the manner Adam was controlling the marketing of our property Adam had predicted that the interest shown in our townhouse by intending purchasers was such , that it would most likely sell prior to the scheduled auction date ; And he was correct A lot has to said in favour of 'Boutique Businesses' , Adam Vernon has set-up his operation along these lines, in our words 'Small is Superior' . As Vendors Carolyn & I could not be happier with the result , and well pleased with the honesty & ethics of Vernon Partners John & Carolyn Clark.

We met Adam from Vernon Partners when we moved to Sydney from Melbourne. We were really nervous about buying here and wondered if we'd be able to get into the market. Adam was very helpful before and after we bought. He made us feel at ease and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We appreciated his open honest genuine approach and could not recommend him more highly.

Adam was very helpful in purchasing the property - meeting me at 5am to demonstrate a noise in the apartment (something that could easily be left aside) and following up after moving in to make sure everything was going ok. Adam also kept in touch with the solicitors regularly to make sure everything was proceeding ok.

We sold our house in Whaling Road, North Sydney through Vernon Partners' Adam Vernon and Shelley McShane. They were both extremely professional and made the sale of our house (the first time for us) so very easy. They guided us skilfully and tactfully during the preparation of the house for sale through to its first open. Incredibly, the house was sold in the first week that it was on the market and we were delighted with the result! We could not recommend Adam and Shelley more highly.

Shelley and Adam made the whole process of selling our apartment hassle-free. They demonstrated a good knowledge of the local market, understood our expectations well, provided sound advice and communicated with us throughout the campaign. This resulted in a good sale after just three open days.

The final result was far greater than expectations Vernon Partners were very friendly and easy to deal with, providing guidance and offering good advice. Mitch and Adam were outstanding in promoting and selling my apartment, they kept me updated after every opening. I was ecstatic to be able to sell before auction, and they negotiated an outstanding end result. I would absolutely recommend Vernon Partners to anyone wanting a professional real estate service.
