Adam is a rare find in the world of real estate agents; honest in opinion with a high ethical sense of of purpose. Adam was relatively new on the Lower North Shore agent scene when we first met him and bought, through him, a property in Mosman. One could see his persona was to give 100% of his time and effort to make the sale happen, not to look to where his next sale would be coming from. We were sufficiently impressed in Adam that we appointed him to sell one of our other properties in Cremorne. We believe Adam has the strength of constitution to continue to place his clients' needs above all else. Over the years we have seen many new real estate entrants start out with the best intentions, only to see their intentions turn down the wrong. We sincerely believe Adam Vernon won't make this same mistake.

Adam and his team provided excellent service and input for the marketing of this property. They were very responsive - always available and helpful throughout the whole sale process. I wish them well for the future.

I consciously selected Adam to sell my town house purely on my experience I had dealing with him when I actually bought the same property some years earlier. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and reliable which reflected in all the services provided that come with selling a property. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him as an agent.

Vernon Partners made the buying of our investment unit a very smooth process. We found Adam very approachable and professional. He was flexible about showing us properties and clearly very aware of the local market. He communicated clearly and was supportive through the exchange process. The Vernon Partners Team work so well together and after our purchase Melissa was fantastic at finding us tenants. She thoroughly explained everything that we signed and took the time to properly answer any questions. She was never late and was always only a phone call or email away if we needed her. Her careful attention to detail was impressive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vernon Partners whether you are buying, selling or looking for property management.
