He recommended the online auction model, which turned out the be the right choice, as we had the odds stacked against us because our sale process occurred right as the COVID 19 lock-downs came int effect. He guided us very well, by prompting us to bring forward our online auction, which turned out to be the right move. We sold the property at a price we were happy with and due to the transparency of the process with Julian and his appointed auctioneer, we had surety the successful bidder was legitimate and capable of buying the property, regardless of the accentuating circumstances.
