When we first met Julian, we just clicked, he knows a lot about the property, knowledgeable to answer our questions, and he would get back to you with additional info if needs be. There were plenty of long sms between us, as we go through different properties in his portfolio, and he demonstrates to me that his job is more service than sales. Throughout the settlement, he guides through the process, a great conduit between the seller and us, and accommodates our needs as we had to settle around holiday periods. In the end, we found the property that was perfect for us and we feel very fortunate to be able to call it our home.

We approached Trent to sell our development block, which has a tenanted house on it. A few weeks after going onto the market, our neighbour decided to sell as well. Trent is a great agent and that goes without saying. He worked extremely hard to sell our home in a trying market and succeeded through pure perseverance and commitment. We had specific requirements for the price that we wanted and Trent respected this and worked hard to get the offers that suited us. Trent, however, has a tremendous edge, in the form of the great team backing him up. I gained a lot of respect for the professional, responsive, and seamless manner in which his team operate. All the way from Kirsty, who must be the most efficient and easiest Office Manager in Perth to work with, to Julian, who was the other agent on my property - someone I never met but I could see that he was working hard behind the scene. Never thought I'd say this about a real estate agent but the commission on the sell is well deserved by Trent and the team.

The best way I could describe Julian is a straight shooter. I spoke to several agents before choosing him to sell my house after trying to sell it myself privately unsuccessfully (in a tough market). I'm not a fan of the buzz words and repetitive sales pitches I got from other agents; some of them repeated their same pitch to me the second time I spoke to them so I know they use it every time a client calls "I work 16 hours per day, my wife hates it, I'll work that hard for you blah blah". When I first spoke to Julian on the phone I immediately felt confident he was the right person to sell my house; friendly, relaxed and personable, and no bullshit. I really enjoyed working with him and I'd definitely recommend him as an agent.
