Jack and the team at VicProp had an outstanding sales campaign and results exceed our expectation. We approached Jack as the previous campaign failed to get any tangible offer with another agent. From the time Jack took over, he had an ever-evolvinng strategy that increased interest in the property, increasing opening days from two times a week to four times a week, when interest increased. He also correctly identified the need for a specialist Auctioneer to ensure VicProp was adequately staffed on the ground to drive up the highest offer from the bidder. Coffee cart at the front of the home paid by VicProp gave festival atmosphere, attracted the neighbourhood, and creating buzz at the auction, all resulting in a great outcome.
