We were incredibly impressed with Jin's performance on our big day! Jin was confident, personable, charismatic and instantly built rapport with the crowd while keeping the energy high and engaging throughout the auction. We were very grateful for his extensive experience and felt very supported as vendors. Our neighbours commented afterwards that they thought he was fantastic. Thank you again Jin!

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service Jack and his team provided in selling our home. From the beginning, their marketing knowledge was exceptional—creating a strategic campaign that generated strong interest, high-quality exposure, and competition on auction day. Every detail was handled with professionalism and expertise. Jack explained the process clearly, kept us informed at every stage of the campaign, and was always available to answer any questions. His confidence, transparency, and dedication gave us complete peace of mind, and the fantastic auction result speaks for itself. Thank you Jack and the team!

We chose VicProp From a recommendation from a close friend and I could not have been happier with the decision. From the very moment Jin came out to meet us to talk to us about the sale of the property and what we could expect, and the help that he offered me in preparing the property for the most beneficial sale price was second to none. I found him to be honest, forthright and decent throughout the entire process, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jin and Vic Prop for your Real Estate needs.

Jin is reliable and he guided us through the whole process from the very beginning in preparing the property for putting on the market to the final sales strategy. Though he is not the suburb's specialist, he can still be able to sell our property above the suburb’s average.

Jin and Jack sold my property for an incredible price, I couldn’t have dreamt of it. They did everything they said they’d do, plus more. I thought selling while I was away would be anxious but they made it so smooth and communicated so well. They’re different - trustworthy, honest, and with lots of integrity. They’re what’s good about the real estate industry. Thank you.
